Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 5–7 business days.

Custom orders (e.g., personalised shirt printing or card designs) may require additional processing time. We’ll communicate the estimated timeline during the order process.

 

Shipping Options

We offer the following shipping methods:

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days.

Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

 

International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide! Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor its progress.

Lost Shipments

If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it:

  1. Check with neighbours or your local post office.

  2. Contact us at davidjane@weartimoji.com within 7 days of the delivery date so we can assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

  3. While we cannot guarantee refunds or replacements for lost shipments, we’ll do our best to help resolve the issue.

 

Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

Returns or exchanges are accepted for any defective products (i.e. manufacturing faults, design errors, material defects, or incorrect sizing) within 3 days of delivery.

 

Custom products (e.g., personalised designs) are non-refundable unless the item arrives defective or incorrect.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us: Email davidjane@weartimoji.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.  Further instructions will be provided by email.

  3. Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us at davidjane@weartimoji.com within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll work to resolve the issue promptly.

 

Product Care

Apparel

Wash all apparel inside out with cold water on a gentle cycle to maintain the quality of prints. Avoid bleach and tumble dry on low heat or air dry for best results.

Paper Products

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent fading or warping.

Other Products

Refer to any care instructions included with the item to ensure longevity. If you have specific questions, don’t hesitate to reach out!​
