Shipping & Delivery
Processing Time: Orders are dispatched within 5-7 business days. Custom orders may take longer, and timelines will be communicated during the order process.
Shipping Options: We offer standard and expedited shipping. Costs and delivery times will vary based on your location and chosen option.
International Shipping: Available for most products, but please note that customs fees may apply.
Returns & Exchanges
Eligibility: Returns or exchanges are accepted for any defective products (i.e. manufacturing faults, design errors, material defects, or incorrect sizing) within 3 days of delivery. Custom-designed products are non-refundable unless defective.
Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at davidjane@weartimoji.com with your order details. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, cancellations may not be possible as your order may already be in production.
Custom Orders
Design Approval: For custom shirt printing or card designs, we provide proofs for approval before production begins.
Non-Refundable: Due to the personalised nature of custom orders, these items cannot be refunded or exchanged unless a mistake was made on our end.
Product Care
For apparel, follow the care instructions provided to maintain the quality of prints.
Cards and other paper products should be kept in a cool, dry place to prevent damage.
